US producer PPG Industries has started building its first resin facility in China that will provide feedstock for its coatings plants throughout the country.The new plant in China's eastern province of Jiangsu will have an initial production capacity of 27,000 tonnes/year and is scheduled to begin operation in early 2011. 美国PPG已经开始在我国江苏地区建造树脂装置。该装置是其在中国的第一台树脂装置，年产2.7万，计划2011年初投入生产。
