Taiwan’s Nan Ya Plastics Corp restarted its 350,000 tonne/year MEG No 1 line this week timing it with the start up of its 700,000 tonne/year No 1 naphtha cracker in Mailiao. The source said Nan Ya was running its 700,000 tonne/year No 4 line at Mailiao MEG plant in eastern Taiwan at full capacity. The plant has three other lines, each with an annual capacity of 350,000 tonnes.
