India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has issued a naphtha sell tender for early April lifting. The tender offered a 35,000 tonne cargo for lifting from single point mooring (SPM), Hazira in the west coast of India over 2-3 April. The tender closes on 20 March. ONGC had previously sold a similar cargo to Trafigura at a premium of $18.00/tonne (€13.8/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free-on-board) Hazira for lifting over 6-7 December.
