Japan’s Nihon Oxirane Co has restarted its PO/SM plant at Sodegaura, Chiba, on Tuesday after a maintenance shutdown.The plant was shut on 15 September for a scheduled turnaround and was expected to be fully operational by the end of the week and was planned to keep operating rates above 90%. The plant has a capacity of 180,000 tonnes/year of PO and 425,000 tonnes/year of SM. 日本Oxirane已经重启了其千叶的PO/SM装置，该装置于9月15停车检修，预计这周末全线经营，开工率可达90%以上。
