Shanghai Secco Petrochemical plans to restart its 260,000 tonne/year ACN plant in Shanghai this weekend. The plant includes two lines with the capacity of 130,000 tonne/year each in Caojing district of Shanghai, east China. An upstream 900,000 tonne/year cracker located in the same region was restarted on Wednesday after a 8 March shut down on a technical snag. The ACN lines will restart in the next two days.
