Guqinghua Shut Its 200,000 tonne/year Unit for Maintance

China’s Guqinghua had shut its 200,000 tonne/year methanol unit in Inner Mongolia province on 19 January for maintenance. Operations at the unit, which uses coke oven gas as a feedstock, is expected to resume after the lunar new year holidays in mid-February although no firm date has been set.
