The contract price of benchmark US Tampa ammonia for all November shipments rose by 2.9% from October to $355/tonne (€238/tonne) CFR (cost and freight. The November contract settlement between Yara, Mosaic and CF Industries represented a $10/tonne increase from the $345/tonne October price. Supplies of ammonia in the US Gulf were tight in October, and the price was strengthened by temporary production difficulties in Trinidad.
